Petals & Posies is led by Nicola, whose love of flowers, detail and atmosphere sits at the heart of everything we create.

Founded in 2019 from a garden studio in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire, the business has grown into a floral design and styling studio supported by a trusted team of wedding designers and florists.

Together, we create natural florals, carefully considered styling and weddings that feel beautifully personal, refined and full of feeling.

From the first conversation to the final placement on the day, Nicola and the team bring warmth, creativity and calm attention to every celebration.

Nicola is the heart of Petals & Posies.

Creative, calm and quietly meticulous, she has a natural ability to understand how a couple wants their wedding to feel, often before they have the words for it themselves.

Working alongside a talented team of wedding designers and florists, Nicola leads each design with care, creativity and a clear sense of the overall atmosphere.

Her approach blends floral artistry with thoughtful styling, bringing together flowers, textures and details in a way that feels effortless and beautifully considered.

For Nicola, the most important part of the work is creating an experience couples can trust, enjoy and remember with genuine warmth.
