Yes. We begin with an initial consultation to understand your ideas, venue, styling preferences and the atmosphere you want to create for your wedding day.

Consultations can take place online, in our studio or, where required, at your venue.

Yes, we are more than happy to meet you at your venue to explore your ideas, walk through the spaces and discuss the overall atmosphere and styling for your wedding day.

If this is your initial consultation, a £100 consultation fee applies, which includes travel and up to two hours on site. This is payable prior to the consultation. Any additional time is charged at £50 per hour.

Yes. Alongside wedding florals, we also provide styling, candlelight, linens, decorative details and selected hire pieces to help bring the overall setting together.

Yes. We offer a range of candlelight and lantern styling options, always working within the venue’s safety and styling guidelines.

Where natural flame candles are not permitted, we can provide natural-looking LED candles as an alternative, helping to create a warm candlelit atmosphere while meeting venue requirements.

Yes, absolutely. We are always happy to incorporate selected personal details or meaningful pieces into the styling where appropriate.

Yes. We work with carefully sourced seasonal flowers wherever possible, selecting blooms that feel naturally suited to the time of year, venue and overall styling direction.

Where possible, yes. Flower availability can vary depending on the season and growing conditions, but we always do our best to source particular varieties where they are available and suitable for the design.

Our floral designs are created using natural flowers and seasonal florals, as we love the movement, texture and atmosphere they bring to a wedding day.

We do not work with faux florals, but we are always happy to guide couples on how to make the most of their flowers. This may include repurposing ceremony designs, focusing on key floral moments and designing in a way that helps create the strongest overall display while making the most of your floral investment.

We always work closely with venues and planners to adapt where needed, particularly for outdoor ceremonies and styling elements affected by weather conditions.

Our experience allows us to adjust calmly and thoughtfully while maintaining the overall atmosphere and design of the day.

For weddings taking place between April and the end of September, our minimum investment is £1,750.

For couples looking for combined florals and styling, investment typically starts from £2,500, depending on the venue, date and level of design required.

Outside of these months, the minimum investment may vary depending on the venue location, date and the level of florals and styling required.

Many couples book 12 to 18 months ahead, particularly for peak season dates and popular venues.

To ensure every couple receives the level of care, attention and service we are known for, we only take on a limited number of weddings each week. Our diary can therefore fill quickly, especially during spring and summer, so leaving it too late may mean your preferred date is no longer available.

If you have preferred suppliers you would love to work with, we always recommend securing them as early as possible. Once your core suppliers are booked, you can relax knowing the key parts of your day are in trusted hands.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due four weeks prior to the wedding day.

Setup timings vary depending on the venue, access times and the scale of florals and styling involved.

Our team carefully coordinates setup with the venue and other suppliers to ensure everything is ready in time and presented beautifully for your day.

Yes. Our team manages delivery, setup and styling on the day itself, along with pack down either that evening or the following day, depending on the venue arrangements and services provided.

We offer a curated collection of finishing details including signage, candlelight, table styling, statement pieces, lawn games and selected decorative hire items.

If there is something specific you are looking for, we are happy to discuss sourcing additional items where appropriate. Any requested pieces would be assessed based on suitability, availability, timings and how well they align with the overall design of your day.

Yes. While we are based near Winchester in Hampshire, we regularly work across neighbouring counties including Dorset, Wiltshire, Surrey, West Sussex and beyond.
