How we work
Step one
Consultation and concept
We begin with a relaxed consultation, either in person or online. Beforehand, we send across a short pre-wedding chat form, so you can share your venue, colours and any early inspiration in your own time before we speak. This is where we explore ideas, colours, textures and the feeling you want to create.
Whether you picture soft garden romance or something modern and sculptural, we gather the details that shape your custom concept.

Step two
Your floral and styling plan
Once we understand your vision, we create a detailed floral and styling proposal tailored to your wedding.
From bouquets and ceremony flowers to table styling, candlelight and decorative details, every element is considered together so the overall design feels connected from one space to the next.
This stage gives you clarity, confidence and a clear sense of how the day will come together visually.
Step three
Preparation, crafting and coordination
Around six to eight weeks before your wedding, we hold a final consultation to confirm every detail, from flower choices and quantities to styling and timings, so nothing is left to chance.
In the weeks that follow, we finalise designs, source premium seasonal flowers, and prepare the styling elements that bring depth to your venue. We handle logistics with your venue and suppliers so the creative process remains calm and organised.
Step four
On-the-day setup and styling
On the wedding day itself, our florists and styling team work carefully behind the scenes to bring every detail together.
Installations are built with care, tables are styled thoughtfully and each floral placement is considered within the wider space and atmosphere of the venue.
Our approach is always to create a setting that feels natural, refined and effortless for both you and your guests.
Step five
Pack down and aftercare
Once the celebrations come to a close, we return either that evening or the following day, depending on the venue arrangements and the services provided.
Florals, styling pieces and installations are carefully packed down with the same level of care and professionalism brought to the setup.
This allows you to enjoy the final moments of the day knowing every practical detail is being handled for you.
