Every wedding begins with a feeling. A sense of atmosphere, light, colour, and story. Our role is to draw that out, shape it, and bring it to life through flowers, styling, and thoughtful design. When florals and styling sit under one creative vision, the result is a celebration that feels seamless, balanced, and unmistakably you.
Step one
Consultation and concept
We begin with a relaxed consultation, either in person or online. This is where we explore ideas, colours, textures, and any early mood boards you may have. Whether you picture soft garden romance or something modern and sculptural, we gather the details that shape your custom concept. One couple recently brought a swatch from their invitations, which helped us anchor the palette straight away.
Step two
Your floral and styling blueprint
Once we understand your vision, we create a complete floral and styling plan. Bouquets, ceremony installations, tablescapes, arches, linens, candles, signage, and décor rentals are designed together, ensuring every element feels cohesive. This unified approach keeps the aesthetic flowing from room to room, and gives you clarity on how each space will look and feel.
Step three
Preparation, crafting, and coordination
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we finalise designs, source premium seasonal flowers, and prepare the styling elements that bring depth to your venue. We handle logistics with your venue and suppliers so the creative process remains calm and organised. Our team works with trusted growers and sustainable practices wherever possible.
Step four
On-the-day setup and styling
On the day itself, our floral and styling team work hand in hand. Installations are built with care, tables are dressed with precision, and each bloom is placed to capture the light. From ceremony arches to aisle meadows, from table florals to candlelit accents, every detail is styled to feel effortless and beautifully intentional.
Step five
Pack down and aftercare
Once the last candle has faded, we return to pack down the décor and installations with the same professionalism and respect we brought to the setup. You’re free to enjoy the final hours of your celebration without a single practical worry.
